What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focused attention that allows a hypnotherapist to access the individual’s subconscious mind, where deeply ingrained patterns of thought and behavior reside.

During a hypnotherapy session, I guide you into a state of hypnosis, often through a series of relaxation techniques and suggestions. Once in this state of hypnosis, you become  more receptive to suggestions and may be guided to explore and address the underlying issues causing their challenges.

Hypnotherapy can be used to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, build self esteem and confidence. It is a gentle and non-invasive form of therapy that can be used alongside other forms of treatment or as a standalone approach.

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation that can help individuals to achieve their goals, overcome their challenges, and live their best lives.
