Hi, I'm Helen

Over recent years I’ve been really into exploring the connection between the mind and body. It’s fascinating how our thoughts and emotions can impact our physical well-being. Through my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I’ve learned a ton and discovered effective ways to improve my own well-being.

…and here’s a little bit about me.

I worked as a nurse for over 20 years, taking care of sick newborns and premature babies along with their families. It was a very rewarding job.

On a personal note, I feel incredibly lucky to have four wonderful boys in my life. They bring so much joy!

And now…

I’m excited to share all that I’ve learned with others. I believe my experiences can help people on their own healing journeys. Let’s support each other and make our lives better!

My goal is to assist you in recognising the power of your mind, allowing you to break free from automatic thinking  patterns and take control of creating the life that you desire.

No matter the length of time you have battled with a habit, negative feelings, or restricting behaviours, rapid transformation is possible by engaging with your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind is the driving force behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Approximately 95% of our habits, recurring patterns, and actions are controlled on autopilot by this part of our mind.

By directly working with the subconscious mind, it is possible to reprogram it to overcome any obstacles and assist you in achieving your desired outcomes. This includes dissolving self-sabotage, fear, and uncertainty, making changes at a deeper level, and transitioning into a state of ease, purpose, and confidence.
